Managing Your Site
As the site owner, you are also the authorized Site Administrator with access to the facilities for customizing the site. This allows you to amend the content of the VML site, set the annual advertising prices and renewal dates for the three different portfolio’s Property, Yachting and Lifestyles. You also have access to the “Back Office” system that incorporates a database showing you all your customer details, payment status, renewal dates etc.
Contents / Portfolios
To customize the content of the Portfolios you simply log in as the site administrator and you are then free to edit the content of any page, add or delete pages as you wish. You do this simply by clicking on the relevant page within admin, and “edit” the page then press the “update” button. This is easy to use - just like a word processor - and will let you add/edit/delete text and pictures to create your pages as you want them.
Once logged in, not only can you change and add to what is already there but you can create new pages and sub pages: you can build your portfolios by adding new regions and towns and you can also add sub-pages for each of them.
Simply add text and graphics just as you would in a 'Word' document.
Formatting has never been easier. NO web language knowledge is needed. You can create, amend or delete your own web pages and content without any previous experience.
No FTP Software is needed
Just click 'Update' and all changes are instantly made live to the site - that's it. Simple.
